1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.5 Account Security

You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your Account. 399be will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under applicable licensing conditions and anti-money laundering standards, 399be requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed and, where required, at any point during the Account's active life.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 399be does not charge currency conversion fees. 5.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 399be Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. 399be is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions outside its control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours during normal business operations. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high demand or requiring additional verification may take longer. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed where:

• The Account has not completed KYC verification;
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• The Account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity or policy violation;
• The requested withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the cashier.

5.5 Third-Party Payments

399be strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the Account holder's own name. Any detected third-party payment will result in the transaction being reversed and the Account being subject to review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes offered by 399be are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino, table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying a wagering requirement. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. 399be is not required to provide advance warning of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

399be reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing bets that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; and coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.

6.5 399be's Discretion

399be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any 399be promotion is voluntary. Players in certain jurisdictions may be ineligible for specific promotions in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on 399be are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market within the sportsbook section of the platform. 399be reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed, or where the result is subject to genuine uncertainty at the time of settlement. Settlement decisions made by 399be are final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

7.2 Casino Games

Casino games on the 399be platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7.4 Obvious Errors

In the event of a pricing error, technical fault, or any other obvious error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, 399be reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake in full. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled, and regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of placing the bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 399be platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or registering under a false or third-party identity;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting integrity violation;

• Laundering money or using 399be for any transaction that is unlawful under applicable legislation;

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by 399be

399be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or dishonest activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or licensing obligations.

9.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and will not be accessible for withdrawal during the period of investigation. Where investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, funds will be released promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, 399be may forfeit part or all of the Account balance in line with these Terms.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds in the Account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC completion. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon voluntary closure.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, identity document details, transaction history, and platform usage data. This data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, provide customer support, and improve the 399be platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

399be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
